Customer
is responsible for loading and unloading charges.
Payments are due on delivery and must be paid in cash
or cashiers check. No Company or personal checks accepted.
AYTransport is not responsible for and customer agrees
to release, discharge, indemnify and hold AYTransport
harmless from all damages to wood hulls, boat covers,
canvas tops or items stored inside. Customer is responsible
for securing all contents in/out of the vessel. AYTransport
will not be held responsible due to shrink wrap. Price
is subject to change if dimensions of boat differ
from those dimensions given by customer. Customer
will be charged for down time if not paid and unloaded
at time of delivery. |
